I am writing to inform you that following a comprehensive review of our campus security operations, Marlborough College Malaysia will be transitioning to a new security service provider, Securiguards Force Sdn Bhd.

This decision has been made with a deliberate focus on continuously enhancing our operational security standards, professionalism, and the overall safety of our College community. Safeguarding and the physical security of our pupils, families, and staff remain an absolute priority. On behalf of the Council and the Senior Management Team, I am committed to ensuring that our campus environment continues to meet the rigorous standards expected within a leading international boarding and day school.

The formal handover period commenced on Monday, 25th May. Our internal operations and estates teams are working closely with both the outgoing and incoming personnel to ensure a seamless transition. As the new security team familiarises themselves with our daily campus routines, visitor protocols, and pick-up/drop-off procedures, we kindly ask for your patience and cooperation during this initial period. Ensuring a secure yet welcoming environment for our families remains our core focus.

I would also like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to our current provider, Safeguards, and their onsite staff for their years of loyal service and commitment to MCM. We deeply appreciate their dedication to keeping our community safe over the years.
